repeat castings
Through creating machined tooling we are able to produce identical parts quickly and with ease.
We can work with your supplied tooling from a previous foundry or produce our own tooling for use with our wax injector. Wax injection into tooled moulds ensures that the parts are injected in the most optimal configuration before being cleaned up and set up on wax trees.
We are able to give confirmed pricing for tooling and an estimate on production costs before any commitment, with exact pricing confirmed during the initial casting run.
For many of our clients, some of whom order from 10 to 200 units at a time, this ensures no surprises especially in industries such as automotive, engineering and industrial applications where precision matters.
We are able to organise through our suppliers, everything from post machining through to powder coating and heat treating.
